Green Smoothie.

Today I have been able to pick up the ingredients I needed to try out the green smoothie. After reading how healthy it is for us and it's great for more energy (something I desperately need), and regular bathroom visits. I figured I'd give it a go. 

Ingredients:

1 Banana
A few handfuls of Spinach
1 cup (roughly) of Peaches
1 cup of Mango
Water
Ice.

I only added enough water to blend and I used ice to keep it cool. It surprisingly doesn't taste too bad! As for the energy and more regular visits to the bathroom, I'll let you know in a few days.
